Human Resource Audit

Objective:

The objective of the HR audit is to assess where the Client Company currently stands, identify areas that need to be addressed and present solutions to be resolved. 

Areas to be covered: 

Staffing, Training, Performance Management, Legal Compliance, Voluntary and Involuntary Benefits, HRIS, Processes and Procedures, Communications, Compensation, Policies and Manuals, Terminations, Employee Relations, etc.

Process: 

Millstream Associates will work with the Client Company to determine the purpose of the HR audit.  The HR audit process consists of interviewing key employees including Management, HR Staff (if any), Finance Professionals and other employees, if applicable.  Our Consultants will review documentation and, past as well as present, practices.  We will develop a plan of recommendations and solutions to achieve the agreed upon objectives.  Millstream Associates will work with Management to implement the solutions outlined. 

Timing:  

Millstream Associates has the flexibility to produce excellent work in a quick, efficient and cost effective manner.  We will work with key personnel at the Client Company to work around their schedule. 

 

Pricing Estimate:

Pricing will be determined based on number of employees, travel needs, number of facilities, length of time needed on-site, etc.  Pricing can also be adjusted if only certain portions of the audit are needed.
